Most of my personal work is about the beauty of the female body, shown through contrast with its surroundings: ice, rusting steel, concrete, a stormy sea, a field, a snowy forest. All the images are staged and made in Estonia. Staging gives me control over every detail of working with the body, and I leave as little as possible to post-production.

Four images contain composited elements: the fire and clouds in the barn diptych, the storm around the raft, the levitation, made from two frames, and the shadow of wings. Everything else, including the ice and the reflections, was in front of the camera.
